Probably most of us remember that funny poem, which is a phonetic corruption
of -

Oh, Mares eat oats,
And Does eat oats,
And little Lambs eat ivy.
A Kid'll eat ivy too,
Wouldn't you? (Would a Ewe?)

- so that it comes out as:

Maizy doats,
'N dozy doats,
'N liddle lamzy divey.
Kiddly divey do,
Wooden you.

[ The reason why this is possible is due to the many vowel sounds, and their
alternative spellings; also, that "t" and "d" are similar, as are "s" and
"z"; being
voiceless, and voiced, consonants. ]

=============================
There are minor changes that would make some sense:

Old Maisy notes,
Us dozy dopes;
While little Sam is tidy.
I'd better be tidy too,
Shouldn't you?

- or, alternatively:

In maze we grope,
And live in hope,
At end we may arrive, eh?
Riddle for me 'n you,
It is true.
