But I'll post my news anyway. (Hope this doesn't qualify as SPAM)
Howdy,
This is a big welcome for you, and any other teachers you might know,
to come and join a website I've created. I've noticed a serious
shortage of sites dedicated to teaching in general that encourage a
community atmosphere and discussion. I had some spare space on my server,
so I've created this, and you lucky few have been selected as original
members.
If you have any suggestions or want the responsibility of moderating, or
possibly administrating the site, let me know.
Also, if you want to become a regular contributor to the news, that
would be great. One article a month will probably be more than enough.
You'd just have to write something about teaching that is important to
you. Articles can range from less than 300 to around 500 words long
and might concern your teaching area, behaviour management or even how
much you hate your boss. As I said, anything related to teaching.
I hope you sign up and contribute.
I haven't quite finished fleshing out the forums, but you can sign up
and post anyway. And if you want me to add another category or forum,
let me know. At this stage there is only a forum relating to the news
at The Staffroom <------- Did I mention that that is what the site is
called?
