Hello,

My name is Pilun Piyasirivej, a doctoral student in the School of IT,
Murdoch University, under the supervision of Andrew Turk and Fay Sudweeks. I
am inviting you to participate in a survey which forms part of my doctoral
thesis.

The survey involves visiting six different web sites and evaluating the
usability of these web sites by answering some multiple-choice questions
presented to you. This survey is conducted entirely online (web-based), so
you can do it anywhere you have Internet access and at anytime you like. It
is very simple and will take only approximately 30 minutes to complete.

In appreciation of your participation, once you complete the survey, you
will be automatically entered into a lucky prize draw. The winner will
receive a Myer gift voucher worth $200 and will be informed by e-mail. You
