I have an apartment in Newtown, Sydney that I need someone to takeover. The
rental is $230.00 P.W.

It's in a secure building on King Street. Very close to transport, shops and
the University.

Would suit couple or students.

The lease has another four months to run. There is a pool and tennis court
on the premises and the apartment is airconditioned. Very large bathroom,
built in wardrobes, fridge and microwave. Balcony looks out on to the pool
area.Good neighbours.
